Reseller Packages:

We encourage you to start your display with one of our reseller packages. Each includes a selection of bottles designed to maximize your display appeal and provide replacement stock for popular purchases. You may also special order any combination of bottles with a minimum order.

Starter Package:

Designed for small shops, this package includes enough variety for your customers to find the perfect selection (see photo above). Includes 18 tear bottles in four styles, decorative gift bags, legend insert cards, and five trays. We suggest a display of 10-12 bottles, with the remainder reserved in inventory. A set of brochures describing the use and history of tear bottles is also included to support your display. Display case is not included. See Accessories page for available display cases.

Standard Package:

The standard package is our most popular choice for shops and galleries looking to offer a complete selection for their customers. Includes 30 tear bottles in four styles and seven finishes and 12 trays. Decorative gift bags, insert cards, and brochures are included.

Deluxe Package:

Many of our customers with multiple outlets realize that the tear bottle is exactly what their customers have been looking for: Tear bottles are the perfect gift to help you express the words of your heart. The Deluxe includes 46 bottles, in four styles and nine finish combinations, including 4 of our premium handmade, flame-worked glass bottles.

Our Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange, replacement or refund within 30 days of the ship date. All returned items must include a return authorization number. Instructions for returns will be provided with the return authorization number. Please be sure to pack your item carefully, in the original packing if possible. Refunds will be made for the purchased amount of the product only. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. A detailed return policy is included with each order.

Shipping

We ship using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and FedEx. UPS shipping is also available by request. Priority Mail orders are shipped to most US addresses in 2-4 days. Global delivery for Canada is also available, but may take longer.

Minimum Wholesale Orders & Payment Options

Our minimum order is just $100.00. On your first 2 orders, we ask for pre-payment by business check or credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard via phone. On your 3rd re-order, you may fax us your signed Credit Sheet or complete our Credit Information Sheet and with Satisfactory credit information, we’ll extend Net 30 payment terms to your business.

Web Promotion

Timeless Traditions’ wholesale web site www.timelesstraditionsgifts.com features a special retail information page called “Retail Stores Near You”. As a new retailer carrying our product, we automatically include you on this page. If for some reason you don’t wish to be listed, be sure to tell us. The intent of this page is to direct potential customers to your store. Tear Bottle awareness is on the rise by Internet users!

Online Retailers

We welcome online retailers and will provide a FREE CD-ROM of copyrighted text and images of our products for use on your retail website with your first order. We do require those selling our products online to be “authorized resellers” with a signed Online Reseller Agreement on file with us.
